Guest Curated partners with trusted suppliers to ship your order directly. Because of this, return eligibility may vary depending on the product and supplier.

  • Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Certain wellness, personal-care, or custom items may be non-returnable (this will be stated on the product page).
  • To start a return, please email @guestcurated.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions based on the supplier’s policy.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will help coordinate a replacement or refund.
